So You Need to Sue Your School?
Welcome to So You Need to Sue Your School?: a litigation resource for Maine school students who have experienced identity-based discrimination (as defined by the Maine Human Rights Act) in their schools.
Here, not only can you find the resource itself in multiple formats, but you can also find information about the project and how it began, who worked on it, and additional support resources, all in one place. Accessibility of and access to information is important to me and central to this project, and this is central to why it's hosted online. Though I include a good deal of my own information in the resource, this page also exists as an organizational hub for the myriad of other materials on the internet that may assist you on this journey. It is regularly updated with more helpful information, and by nature of it being online, updates and new editions can be easily posted and distrubuted. To find this information, navigate to the links above (and don't worry- each individual page has its own links, so navigating page to page is as easy as possible). This website works on both mobile and desktop, in case you need information while you don't have access to a computer!
You can also contact the creator, Matthew Bourassa, using the Contact Me section on the bottom right! If you have any questions at all, notice any errors on the site, or have information you think would be helpful to add, please feel free to reach out- I can't promise the response will be immediate, but it will be as fast as possible! I am always happy to recieve feedback and additions, so don't hesitate if you think you've got something! This is a living document for a reason, and it has no limits to the amount it can grow.
Thank you for visiting- I hope we can help!
